Q: Do you charge for quotations?
A: No. Quotations are offered free of charge without any obligations.
Q: Can you offer a quotation price over the phone?
A: Estimations are sometimes possible over the phone however for a true quotation a site visit will be required as this is the only way in which we will be able to assess the work required
Q: Is the waste removed from the site once the job is completed?
A: Yes, all waste will be removed leaving the site neat and tidy upon completion
Q: What happens to the waste?
A: All the waste is disposed of in a responsible and professional manner. Generally 100% of our waste is recycled
Q: Do I require any permission before I can go ahead with any tree work?
A: There is sometimes a requirement to gain permission before any desired tree work can commence. This will be dependent on whether or not you fall within a conservation area or a specific TPO (Tree Preservation Order) is applied to the tree. This should normally show up on the properties deeds or details can be acquired from your local council. If you are unsure we are always willing to offer assistance as well as any help or advice you may require in order to apply for permission.

A: Yes. We have public liability insurance covering us to the amount of £2Million,
Q: Do you hold the necessary qualifications to carry out the work?
A: Yes. We are NPTC, First Aid and CSCS qualified
Q: Do you supply logs for sale?
A: Yes wood logs and their delivery can be arranged, either supplied within large mesh bags or delivered loosely. Please contact us for supply and delivery costs
